Guidelines
Arrive Early
To ensure your spot, arrive early. Lines may be long, and arriving in advance gives you a better chance of meeting your favourite guest.
One Item Per Person
To accommodate as many fans as possible, please limit yourself to one item for signing. This allows the event to proceed efficiently and ensures more fans can participate.
Official Merchandise Only
Some events may restrict signed items to official merchandise. Check the guidelines ahead of time to avoid any issues.
No Personalised Messages
To keep the line moving, signatures may be limited to autographs only without personalised messages. Respect the guest’s time and the event schedule.
No Photos or Recordings
In some cases, photography and video recording during the signing session may not be allowed. This helps maintain the flow of the event and respects the privacy of the guests.
Respectful Behaviour
Please be respectful to the guests, staff, and fellow attendees. Aggressive behavior, pushing, or line-cutting will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event.
Keep It Brief
While it’s exciting to meet your favorite guest, please keep interactions brief to ensure everyone gets a chance to meet them. A quick thank you and a smile go a long way!
Follow Staff Instructions
Event staff are there to help the event run smoothly. Please listen to their instructions and follow any directions regarding the line, signing procedures, and overall conduct.
Have Your Items Ready
To help the line move quickly, have your item and anything else you need for signing ready before you reach the front of the line.
Respect Guest Limits
Some guests may have specific limits on the number of items they will sign or the time they can spend with each fan. Please respect these limits to help maintain the schedule.
No Gifts or Personal Items
Many signing events have a no-gift policy. Please do not bring gifts or personal items for the guest, as they may not be able to accept them.
Looking after your belongings
There’s nothing worse than securing your exclusives and then losing them at the event!
Guidelines
Keep Valuables Secure
Always keep your valuables, such as wallets, phones, and electronics, in a secure, zipped compartment of your bag or on your person. Avoid leaving them in open or easily accessible
Stay Aware of Your Surroundings
Be mindful of your surroundings, especially in crowded areas where distractions are common. Keep an eye on your belongings at all times.
Don’t Leave Items Unattended
Never leave your belongings unattended, even for a moment. This includes bags, jackets, and personal items. Take them with you, or ask a trusted friend to watch them.
Label Your Belongings
Clearly label your belongings with your name and contact information. This can help if you accidentally leave something behind or if it gets lost.
Use Locks for Backpacks and Bags
Consider using small locks on the zippers of your backpack or bag, especially in high-traffic areas. This adds an extra layer of security.
Keep a Copy of Important Documents
Carry copies of important documents, such as your ID or tickets, separately from the originals. In case of loss, you’ll still have the necessary information.
Check for Belongings Before Leaving
Before leaving a venue, booth, or seating area, double-check to ensure you have all your belongings. It’s easy to leave something behind in the excitement of an event.
Report Lost Items Immediately
If you lose something, report it immediately to event staff or the lost and found. The sooner you report it, the better the chance of recovery. Should you find any lost items or want to make a report, please proceed to the in hall Collection Counter to make a report.
Be Cautious in Crowds
In crowded areas, be extra cautious of your belongings. Hold your bag in front of you, and keep your hands on your pockets or purse.
